Welcome to Alora Lux Collection.
By making a reservation, using our website, or staying in any of the homes we manage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth experience for every guest.
1. Bookings & Payments
A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the property’s booking policy.
Prices may vary depending on season, availability and length of stay.
All guests must provide accurate contact information and valid ID when required.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Each property has its own cancellation policy, which is shown at the time of booking.
Refunds, date changes or cancellations follow the policy listed on your reservation confirmation.
No-shows are charged in full.
3. Security Deposits
Some properties require a refundable security deposit.
Deposits are returned after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages, missing items or violations are reported.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times stated on the booking confirmation.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
treat the property with care
respect neighbours
follow house rules
avoid disturbing noise, parties or unauthorised gatherings
report any issues immediately
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damage, Loss & Misuse
Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage or additional cleaning required due to misuse, smoking, parties or violations of house rules.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.
7. Concierge & Third-Party Services
We can arrange transfers, private chefs, yacht charters, activities and other experiences.
All third-party services are subject to their own terms and liability.
Alora Lux Collection is not responsible for delays, cancellations or incidents caused by external providers.
8. Property Condition & Maintenance
We maintain all homes to a high standard.
Occasional interruptions (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, construction noise from neighbouring properties) may occur and are outside our control.
We will always act promptly to resolve any issues reported during your stay.
9. Liability
Alora Lux Collection is not liable for:
loss or damage to personal belongings
injuries incurred during the stay
accidents resulting from misuse of the property or facilities
Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
10. Website Use
All content on this website—images, text, branding and design—is owned by Alora Lux Collection and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
11. Privacy & Data
We handle all guest data in compliance with GDPR.
Personal information is used only for booking management, legal requirements (including SEF registration) and guest support.
We never sell personal data.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate Portuguese courts.
